At ASCEND 2026 in Bali, the Solventum APAC MedSurg kick-off drew 800 delegates to the Bali International Convention Centre. The massive regional event accommodated attendees across four luxury resorts—Conrad Bali, Renaissance Bali, The Laguna Luxury Collection, and The Westin—demanding seamless, high-energy execution on a massive scale.
As the Art Director, Visual Designer, and Stage Manager working alongside Group X, I crafted the event's core key visual and designed the immersive on-screen graphics for both The Premiere and Awards nights. Stepping behind the tech desk to call the live shows, I collaborated with creative and technical teams across Singapore and Bali to ensure months of complex design and planning translated flawlessly for the live audience.
